A Week of Juice!

When I’m on top of things, I like to make several servings of juices at the beginning of the week. That way all I have to do is wake up and blend and I’m out the door in the morning. Or more likely, when my toddler starts screaming “JOOOOSE!!!!” and tugging on the refrigerator door, I can more easily avert a tantrum.

This week was one of those weeks that I got it all together on Sunday, and started drinking the sweet rewards Monday.

Without further ado- this week’s recipe:

Fresh bag:
1 banana
1 mandarin
1-1/2 cups kale/chard/spinach mix
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/4 cup parsley
1/3 red bell pepper
1/3 orange bell pepper
1/3 yellow bell pepper
1 stalk of celery
1/3 apple

Frozen bag:
1 1/2 cups frozen mango/pineapple/strawberry/papaya mix
1 cup frozen cherry/blueberry/pomegranate mix
1 cup frozen green…
